How does Premium Onboarding work?

Your first call sets the stage for crafting the perfect loyalty and marketing account with Marsello. Work closely with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to get your account set up for success. You supply your assets and preferences, and we’ll get to work setting up your account.

In your second call, you’ll have the opportunity to review your loyalty and marketing account configuration. We’ll present your setup, and you can request any minor changes to ensure it matches your expectations and goals. Pending these changes, you’ll be ready to launch.

Once you’re satisfied with your account configuration, it’s time to launch your loyalty program and marketing with Marsello. Your Marsello account is now primed to incentivize customers to come back more frequently and maximize your return on investment.

The Marsello Premium Onboarding package offers one round of minor configuration changes. On the second call, our Onboarding Specialists will present your setup and ask for feedback. Here, you can request one round of changes to the account configuration.

These changes are agreed on the call and will be completed by the Marsello team within 2 business days. Any changes requested after this point may incur additional charges.

The Premium Onboarding package must be completed within 60 days of registration, or the package will expire. Please Note that Premium Onboarding services are non-refundable. You are allocated one round of change requests, and any additional changes will require another payment.

You and your Onboarding Specialist will discuss your go-live date during your first call. Note that your launch date is dependent on your providing Marsello with all the required and relevant information on time. Missing information may result in a delay.
