Terms & Conditions: Black Friday Offer 2024

  1. GENERAL
    1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Black Friday Offer ("Offer") administered by Marsello, and by participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
    2. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marsello operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such jurisdiction.
    3. Marsello reserves the right to interpret these Terms and make final decisions regarding the administration of this Offer. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    1. The Offer is open to individuals or entities ("Participants") who have previously downloaded content or registered for a webinar from Marsello.
    2. This Campaign is open to companies based in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Marsello reserves the right to exclude Participants based on their geographic location or sector at its sole discretion.
    3. The Offer is not open for any Lightspeed-billed participants.
  3. THE OFFER
    1. Participants who successfully meet the conditions outlined herein will be entitled to receive a fifty percent (50%) discount for a period of three (3) months, over and above the standard 14-day free trial period.
    2. To qualify for this Offer, Participants must schedule and complete a sales demo call with a member of Marsello's Sales Team ("Sales") no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time, on October 25, 2024. Any calls scheduled or completed after this deadline will not qualify for the Offer.
    3. The first ten (10) participants to qualify for the Offer will receive the Marsello Premium Onboarding package free of charge ($0), in addition to the primary offer stated in Clause 3.1 of the Terms. The standard retail price of the Marsello Premium Onboarding package is $500 USD.
  4. OFFER PERIOD
    1. The Offer will commence on 8 October 2024. The deadline for eligibility to receive the Offer is 5:00 PM Pacific Time on October 25, 2024. No extensions or exceptions will be made for Participants who fail to complete a sales demo call by this time.
  5. SALES ENGAGEMENT REQUIREMENT
    1. In order to qualify for the Offer, Participants must engage with Marsello by scheduling and completing a sales demo call with a designated Account Executive. Failure to schedule or complete this demo call by the Offer deadline will result in ineligibility for the Offer, irrespective of any other interaction with Marsello.
  6. LIMITATIONS & AVAILABILITY
    1. Marsello reserves the right to limit the number of Offers extended under this Campaign.
    2. The Offer is subject to availability and Marsello reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify the Offer at any time, without notice, and without liability to Participants.
